I don't know, every time I'm on a highway, I see people going like 130-140, following way to close to each other, and generally driving like idiots...its clear the average person can't drive well at all, unfortunately we have to conform our laws to the lowest in society...

I think it is a 3 year plan to widen the Road....I think they purchased most of the houses by the niagara cut off so they can widen. I think it will be nice and should help with the stupid slow-down as soon as you pass the 406
