Question about chickens

WHERE THE **** DO THEY COME FROM?????????????

seriously there are waaaaaay to many chickens available to eat. i cant see how its possible for them to hide all these chickens without us seeing it on a daily basis while they are all alive and running around everywher.

chicken nuggets
chicken breasts
chicken burgers
chicken fingers
chicken wings
etc....

like seriously they got a million different dishes with chicken and even major corporation that sell chicken as ITS "meat" of choice but i cant see things adding up.

how long does it take for a chicken to mature? that alone should give a shortage.

ya but have you been to chicken farms?? there are farms that have JUST chickens on them...

you could say the same thing about anything really...

just cuz you don't see it doesn't mean it's not there..

it's not like they give the chickens huge apartments to live in, think about the size of your house... if you put crates all along the wall, and made hallways with the crates you could easily fit a few thousand chickens in there... think about a farm that's on a few hundred acres...

i did a case study last year that involved chickens (long story lol it was a new product that was for chickens actually) but anyways there are billions of chickens in the world...

edit: wikipedia says 24 billion chickens in the world as of 2003... that number has sureley grown... there you go... more chickens on the planet than people... that's enough for every person in the world to have 4 chickens a year...

they also lay about 1 egg a day... i think in egg producing facilities they lay 2 eggs a day... cuz they speed up the day/night cycles by manipulating the lights etc...

Jay its like, they feed many times a day. there are many many chicken farms, they are in one big close facility and there are lots of big facility on one farm.

They turn off all the lights and cover windows so day light cant get in, and then chicken rest and after 3 hours they turn on all the lights which make chicken think it a new day and they grain feed them. Same process over and over many times a day, which makes them grow very fast and chicken gets big in 3-4 days fully grown.

Not all farms do this, but I asked the maple lodge guy the guy who delivers chicken to all of durham region for all the swiss chalet stores.

no thats fine it all makes sense and crap atleast thats what they want you to think. if there were 24 billion chicken in the world in 2003 that means if divided equally amongst everyone it would be 4 chicken per person per year. THIS IS WHERE THE PROBLEM COMES. say we eliminate 30 percent of the worlds human population from eating chicken. Then we factor in how many chickens say you and I eat a year (just think about this) i would say easily over a hundred. That right there messed up the wolrd supply of chickens because from average 4 per person to 100 minimum per year is a massive jump.

then we got to factor in the black people and chicken (LOL) jk jk i just had to add that for ****z n gigglez

As far as chicken WINGS go, I'm pretty sure they genetically mess with them to have like 6-10 sets of wings.

24 billion must be a daily average population jay...not yearly..meaning that much chicken is available at all times roughly. so if X% of them are consumed on day one, you will have more or equal amount available the next day or going forward.

you also cant compare the average of four to hundred cuz four per person is a simple average...assuming everyone eats which is not true. at 100 per year..you are a hardcore chicken eater but an regular average person wont eat 100 per year...much less than that.

yeah whats up with all the readily available chicken wings, and nuggets and strips and burgers for that matter, they are all (with the exception of wings) all usually breast meat. I would really love to know how many damn chickens are "produced" a year. I too eat alot of damn chicken.

i dont think 24 billion is the daily average because thats a massive surplus of chickens then there would be absolutely no need to have that many available on a daily average throughout the year because consumption wont be on that grand of a scale for them to keep a steady 24 billion chicken a day mass.

yea i cant compare the 4 chicken per year thing either since its simple average and not everyone east chicken hence the reason i put in a 30 percent non chicken eating group factor. I can easily see 100 chicken year being consumed a reasonable factor because it basically breaks it down to 2 chicken per week. and seeing as 2 chicken per week is nothing it can easily be done.

like think about a wednesday session at the wing shack. i murder atleast 40 pieces of wings like a walk in the park. 40/2 thats 20 chicken that where killed to give me those wings, then other parts of it went into burgers, fingers, nuggetts etc... but if you want to keep it in simple math say i ate 40 wings which equals 20 chickens being dead and there was a total of 100 people that showed up and ate roughly 20 wings each thats 10 chicken per person that was killed times 100 equals 1000 chickens dead. now times that by 100 000 bars, restaurants, etc in north america alone that is 100000000 PER DAY and lets not forget all the other reason chicken are being killed for.

haha...you are truly bored on this one. 100 orders of 20 wings each on each day of the week across every bar in the continent is is too aggressive an estimate. it would be good business for bars..lol

by the way.....how many wings you can take out of a single chicken? isnt it four and not two? the thin front portion and the fatter rear on one arm right....
