RIP Pope.
This isnt about who is greater than whom.

I can honestly say I fear for the future, believe it or not he is a major factor to stability and what little peace our world has had. I hope his predecessor will be able to live up to what Pope John Paul II had left behind.

I hope there is heaven, for him anyway. I mean, if there wasn't one, that would be a real bomber, eh?

does anyone find it strange that a new pope has to be appointed because the natural worldy death of the Pope? what does this say about this figure/position as a pope?

It takes away his life's work to have some next dude get his position just because of his natural passing.

RIP to a fellow human being

True, regardless of religon he was a great man. Very forgiving and he lead a ver accomplished life. He had a doctorate, 2 masters, knew like 8 languages and was an actor in his youth. He was kind and loving and since day one he was a nice guy.

We're not only losing the pope but a great man too.
