This is a reality TV to show in an ideal world, what people would do on a deserted island in order to survive, while given minimal and next to no tools, and without all modern society facilities. Viewers who are usually the ones being judged or ordered around in their lives are now given the chance to criticise and commenting on individuals on the show.

They believe it is real, they talk about it, and they voice their opinion on who they think is going to win.

The production team what do they eat ive been wondering that for a while now. Like there on this so called deserted island and theres no food..

I could be wrong, so don't quote me on this, but from what I understand, the production team stays quite separate from the contestants (at least, are supposed to), except during filming of sequences. TVGuide, a while ago, gave a list of things that the "survivors" are given...they're not TOTALLY barren of any necessities...I should see if I can dig that list up, I'm sure it can be googled.

And Nova_Dust, I agree with your comments (Captain Obvious, you're funny, haha)...it's just a premise for a tv show...it gets people talking and hopefully for the network, watching.

I hate survivor..i did watch most of the first one tho, but never again.

as for the race thing, well since we all live in an equal society then it really doesnt matter who wins because everyone is the same right..but i'll put my money on a white guy.
