Rachel Ray vs Martha Stewart
For the record, Rachel Ray is cute as all hell
Stewart tells shock jock Howard Stern she can out-cook and out-craft Rachael Ray any day
Oh no, she didn’t! Following accusations that she sent employees to spy on Rachael Ray’s show, Martha Stewart has smack-talked Ray on Howard Stern’s satellite radio show. “I’m the mother of these how-to shows,” Stewart said. “She cannot cook like I cook. She cannot craft like I craft.” Meow.
For the record, Ray has addressed the spy-drama on Larry King Live, saying, “Anybody from Martha’s show or anybody’s show is always welcome. The tickets are free. And we have snacks.”
Among the other subjects Stewart discussed were Donald Trump (she’d turn her back to him at a party) and her favourite lady-toy (“Thumper” – don’t ask). The interview was meant to commemorate Stewart and Stern’s one-year anniversary on Sirius radio airwaves.
Since everyone loves a good rivalry, we’ve wrangled quotes from Ray and Stewart in a virtual lifestyle guru showdown, comparing their takes on everything from following a recipe to bending steel. Let the games begin!
