yeah, good deal but draft pick? seriously? we need all the help we can get... what are the odds of us signing a good free agent next year? are any good players coming up as FA's anyways?

look ... that 1st round pick is one that is given to us by denver....
i'd rather reward james with a nice deal and save the team from drafting the next chris jeffries at #23 spot.

our first pick is a top 10, most likely #7-8 cause the raps get screwed at the draft lottery all the time ...LOL

unfortunately it is supposed to be a weak *** draft...as of now so i wouldnt sweat the 2nd first rounder.

i think embry did a good thing to dump the 16.9M contract... so he can max bosh and keep james... bosh and james can be a good pair to built around... plus mopete has been playing brilliant too.... jalen has been good these few games, but if you let charlie V develop and become a starter... we have a good line up for next year......... bosh, charlie, james, mopete, jose.... if they develop with a good pace and all have a break out season, we're fine.... we don't need so many shooters anyways... plus embry says we still have ukic and slokar that might come in to our reoster next year after they finish the season in europe... and we already have tons of pics coming this season.... so we really had no real use for jalen. why not let him go, so we can have bosh and james stay!!!

It was definatly good that they let Rose go for the ability to make some movements this summer...or the next. I still dont agree with giving up the pick, especially during a rebuilding period. As for Antonio, I hope that douche sucks it up, plays like a man and teaches his kids the metric system.

this year's drafts in the weakest in recent years, considering denver don't mess up the rest of the season, the pick wont be higher than 20th. with raptors history at the draft, the denver pick is a write off anyways.

jalen is no all star, decent player at best, and past his prime, definately not worth his salary for sure, no other team is stupid like the knicks to pick up jalen and his contact.

this is a good business transaction.
