Question Recommendations for software..

I am trying to find a better program for my business.

I need something than can..
- track customers(keep notes)
- Schedule jobs/appointments
- create invoices for jobs.
- track fiances
- write letters and mail merge
- not too expensive(one I found was $900.00US!).

I currently use Act. Basically I make "fake invoices"(generated by word, no tracking).
It works, but I need to track finances better.

I've been playing wih Quickbooks and quickbooks Customer manager. It's pretty good - But I can't set a job time to a price. - Unless someone knows of a plugin that will work.

Looking for some recommendations.
Let me know what programs you are using .

Thanks
Lofty!

I've been downloading demos all morning - nothing useful yet-

I'm a magician so I need something that I can..
-Enter customer information
-book a date and time for a gig
-have a fee associated with date and time
-make/track invoices(with GST)
-write form letters and mail merge.

no demo of business vision @ their site
