Red Sox vs. Yankees

They play each other 2 times in 1 day?

Since when does this happen....?

Double header buddy, they happen all the time. Especially if they are rained out make up games

I was readin S.I and they played a double hitter... 1pm start- game lasted 3 hrs and sumting minutes. than they started a game at 8pm... went til 12... 4 hr game (only 9 innings) and then nex day a 1pm start.
I love double hitters.

double hitters were more common back in the day. But they've been around for a century.

That's Double Header........not hitter.
