reggae songs

what are some good hardcore reggae songs? i'm talking about the stuff they play in the hip hop room at guv, or money on sunday nights, full on hardcore grinding stuff

any websites that list top 10's?

download a mix off the net called FIRESTARTER
its this huge reggae mix that is just insane. the only ****ty part is its all one track but u can cut that up when u burn the cd (im assuming u know how). but definitely check that out

2. if your lookin for "hardcore" reggae (a.k.a Dancehall) the u will want to search by Riddims (Rhythms) look for Miliraty Riddim .. Bubble Up Riddim... Stepz Riddim.. u gotta grab the singles off those they are "hardcoreish" lol i dunno man ive made a few cds that u might wanna hear ..

new stuff is what made me kinda get out of it...but i still listen to a lot of oldschool

where to begin hmm lets seee....
there are mulitple ways of going about this.

one would be thru artists
i.e buju, super cat, spragga, etc....

one would be thru riddims
fiesta, liquid, x5 etc........

one would be thru mix cd's
being sold at flea markets etc.....

either way just get one of that kind and if u like it then go and try to get the entire riddim for it.

its dancehall which is mainstream real reggae i dont think you will like if your into dancehall alot. real reggae is like lover's rock n stuff like that where you light up a joint and listen to it.

Always loved reggae... and spanish music... so yeah

Its different... alot of ppl dont like it... but i think its awsome... can kinda pick up what they r saying too sometimes...
