restaurants in scarborough

alright... i don't like going downtown to eat cause i hate people unless i'm drinking.

parking is always a bother as well. i don't need homeless people asking for tips for 'looking after your car'

where you guys go to eat outside of bars. anything other than asian or itallian? that's been done too many times.

I tried Mr. Greek once and most likely won't go back to it.

making sure you're paying attention, cause no one seems to understand PMS comes before a period.

other than asian or italian... no big box joints.

that's gonna be hard. so u want like steakhouses or indian cuisine?

steakhouses, the old scott house, town center, $$.
'braised bull' on markham&14th
'peter's steak and seafood' hwy 7 & markham

if u want great indian food, check out 'mohti mahal' on woodbine and 407. that's all i can think of.

imo, fredericks is gross. most hakka foods like chicken pekora do not sit well with me. i do love the hakka fish though.

i would like to see more recommendations of greek, scandinavian food though. i love to eat.

i don't touch seafood. makes me vomit.

i prefer to eat mammals whenever i can.

i used to get phoa all the time, but the quality of beef has gone downhill everywhere. i blame mad cow... or maybe the owners are just getting cheap.

pho 88 used to be my lunch 4 days a week (close to my office at the time)... then the meat turned into 50% fat instead of the lean actual meat strips in the soup.

now it's all crap everywhere around here. metro is pretty dirty now.. . congee wong.. all these places.. the beef like old... it's a weird grayish brown sometimes.

japanese food is too clean and healthy for my liking. haha

not really. no seafood. ever.

about a year ago, my "chicken friend rice" tasted weird and I only ate a few chopsticks full (?) of it, when someone mentioned it looked like fish.. i almost puked a couple of times just thinking about it.

when the weekend rolled around, i told someone and i ran off to the bushes to puke (i hadn't even started drinking)... it's a mental thing more than anything.

Interesting.

So something caused your eating habbit to be this way? Did you choke on a fish bone when you were little?

no. i was always a picky eater and i've never enjoyed the thought of eating fish.

always been into devouring mammals. i'm not a big fan of chicken, but some things are okay.

my mom was thrilled when i wanted to go to burger king as a kid because it was something other than pizza, spaghetti, or a peanut butter sandwhich that i would eat without arguing. I just wanted the Thundercats toys.

My parents still say I'm "acting" when I don't eat things they make, or if we go somewhere for dinner.. and they cause problems. I never complain though, I just make my own meal. For some odd reason, it's a big deal to them.
