He's asking what rice MEANS, not what you're gonna let him do to his car He's just getting the lingo down since he's a noob to the sport/hobby/way of life.

A car with 30 million spoilers on it and has 50 million stickers all over it is called ugly...NOT rice.

If rice is a term that will be used to identify a car, then people using that term should be considered rice.
i agree with this, rice is such a gay term which has been over-used in the past couple of years...

they should have a new word to describe "rice rockets"

or like Import Racer says, plain UGLY!

I'm pretty sure half the people that use it don't even know where or how it originated. At first, I found it funny. But after a while, I just got sick of hearing that term. Like I said, people that still use it should be called rice.
Anyways...it's your car, do what you want, and don't let other peoples opinions draw you away from what you wanna do to YOUR own car

Exactley, everyone has a different perspective on the term "rice"
I think bone stock cars with neons, aluminum wings, euro's is rice.
Many people think the same way as I do but with a much higher extend. Most people say baby blue paint job is rice, painted interior pieces is rice, a couple stickers are rice, an aftermarket exhaust system, an intake, different coloured hoses in your engine bay, clear lights with blue coatings, body packages, and the list goes on. These are a few examples of BS I have heard from many people I have met since I got into imports. I agree with 1soliddx, the term rice has been over used way too much.
