don't really see why many of you have the need to say r.i.p.

Normally people say "rest in peace" when someone passes away that has worked hard all their lives, accomplished something, and done right for themselves and all that they have touched. it's dedicated for those who do not deserve to go and because they have, and have done so much, may they "rest in peace". untop of that, it is to show that their actions, notions, influences, and their good deeds will be missed by this world left behind.

Somehow i cannot connect my above statement and some punk gang banger together. You get what you deserve and that's a fact! If you run with a bad crowd and carry guns to back your big mouth up, and promot violence it will eventually come back to serve you what you have served so many others. It's actually amusing to see them cause they all think their so hardcore and untouchable. the sad thing is people get influenced and actually look up to these clowns. the world has not suffered a lose here folks, and time will not stop for something it didn't care to lose. you can go left or right in life and he chose left! good for him!

chances are that most rappers had it rough as kids.. (MOST. NOT ALL.) and im not saying proof did, i have no idea.. but if he did.. then maybe his only way in making it was to sing? i mean who knows.. maybe he got involved in the rong things as a kid and lived in a crummy neighbored.. everyone deserves another chance.. and now you get one to say rest in peace proof. and to anyone who passes away at any point in time. whether it be due to violence or not.

just cause 1 has done bad in their life.. doesnt give anyone the right to judge that person.. thats just throwing things back around at yourself.

rest in peace

it sucks that he did get killed......he was actually a good member of d12.....unlike bizzar.
on another note, they prolly didn't target bizzar cuz it would take like him like 100 shots, getting lit on fire, and hit by a bus to die while still causing more damage to the bus....lol....had to make a fat joke..he sucks

R.I.P

News in today's Toronto Sun says Proof fired the first shot in the club C.C.C. on Eight Mile Rd. He shot the brother in the head and another shot came after which took his life as well.

From The Toronto Sun, April 13/06:

DETROIT -- Rapper Proof fired the first bullet in a Detroit nightclub shootout that ended his life, police said yesterday.

The bullet hit Keith Bender, 35, in the head, critically injuring him early Tuesday at the C.C.C., a bar along Eight Mile, the road made famous in Eminem's movie of the same name.

Proof, whose real name is Deshaun Holton, was taken to a nearby outpatient treatment centre by a private car, where he was pronounced dead.

Detectives are trying to figure out who shot Proof.

The 32-year-old was a member of the rap group D12 and was best man in Eminem's January wedding.

cRAP is a good way to put it, there is good rap and terrible rap (everything out today in my opinion). And pink floyd was singing about money before these guys were even born.

RIP even though i didnt like any of his music and lyrics.

edit, i take that RIP back since i read the post by xray that says he fired the first bullet trying to take someone elses life. if thats the facts then he got what was coming.
