When you lock yourself into a 3yr contract.

You figure, $199 for the phone, then a three year contract @ what? $85 a month...

85* 36 = $3060 , or $650 for a Rogers locked Iphone... 3G... no contract.

*edit oops* add $199 to the 3060 and taxes.

$400 to get out of the contract, he's only getting $250 for the phone really.

Thanks for spamming me and even creating a thread about my iPhone for sale. You must be bored. Like the other posters here have explained, it is a fair price considering you're getting it without contract no strings attached. If you ever want to sell your iPhone that you said you paid $200 for at contract price, let me know and I'll gladly take it off your hands.

well figure how much a rogers locked blackberry curve out of contract costs and you will see phones are expensive...people are just used to subsidized prices...like 50bucks etc
