(i don't recommend that though.. you can always go back up the next weekend)
Thats a good idea, but i dont think its far enough right now... any good spots in the states under 10 hours driving? Besides NYC...

i've only driven to cleveland this year... we had a good time.. but i don't know if i'd recommend it.. haha.. it's pretty deserted and has some bad areas... with a surprising amount of bling.

how many days off you got?

north carolina might be alright... south carolina is better... but a few hours more south.

i really liked philly when i was there... but again.. dunno if you'll like it.. i was chilling in the 'projects' for a while.. haha

quebec city is 7-8 hours.. but there were only a handful of bars we found worth going to... if you've got a number of days.. montreal is good.. you can stop off in ottawa for a day.. but it's about 45 minutes from the 401.. i like to get out of toronto as much as i can... i'm out of town basically every other weekend when the roads aren't covered in ice..

i just drove across eastern canada. heh.

NYC is expensive... you'll spend $20 US cover for $10 US drinks at the better spots to be... what are the goals of your trip?

party? clubs? beach? ladies? going with ladies? going with the guys? one week.. one weekend... 4 days, 3 nights.. etc?

[i]suggesting a road trip to germany is like suggesting rims on a helicopter pilot forum while discussing blade manufacturers.[/B]

go up north for the weekend to algonquin or something... might be cold and scarey... but its so much fun..bring your own beer and your own ladies!!!

man... that's not a road trip at all. that's a cab ride.

at least go to guelph for thursday-friday nights.

find a hotel/motel close to the palace (downtown) in case you have issues finding a cab... and don't park your car on the street.
