rogaine for men

anybody try this or know of ppl who have? i'm considering getting it for my father for x-mas, but i don't wanna spend the cash if it's not gonna work

are there any alternatives? he's been complaining alot about his hair loss, so something along the lines of this would be a nice gift.

oh, and does this stuff work if there isn't much hair there? cuz his hairline is going down the drain fast! i'm not sure if this stuff will work if there aren't any follicles there

any input is appreciated!

i read a study where some men used rogaine and some men used a placebo

rogaine results were only like 1% better

It doesn't help you grow hair dude...it's just keeps you from losing what you've got left.

If you want your dads hair to stay he needs to go get hair plugs. It's pricey but it works

Shave it!! The ladies love it.
There is a drug called Propecia (sp). It is a prostate drug. But the doctors found that one of the drugs' side effects is that you grow hair like a ****. Tell "pops" to talk to his doctor.

sorry to burst your bubble... i shaved my head for at least 5 years with a blade... in highschool and the first few years of uni.. i used to shave every other day...

my hair just kept getting thinner and thinner.

it's too thin to have a mohawk now.

it doens't come back thicker, it just looks like it does at first because the ends of grown hair is kind of rounded so when you shave it its not...
