Rogers MMS Question

I've just picked up a Q*** S200 and i was wondering on how to send picture messages? It keeps all messages in the MMS outbox. Is there special setting I must input in there? Its asking for Server name, Gateway, Port #, Server address, connect via, size limitation, and WAP Version.

press *611 and press send. When asked say wireless and tech support

I didn't try that as yet because they might tell me that this phone is not supported by rogers and they cannot help me.
