This sucks! I thought sympatico was the only one doing it but rogers is doing the same now. only 1 Gig per month download with basic service...that sucks (assuming it's the same as sympatico)! if you want more bandwidth you gotta pay between $60-$70!!

rogers is monopoly on this crap.... ther ain't much unless ther are other company

after the 1GIG... it goes slow 2 about the speed of 28.8 or 56k..

i might be wrong about the 1 gig thing. the 1 gig applies to sympatico but rogers is definitely going to cap their downloads too. i read on www.rbua.org that the cap will be 3 gigs so that's a little better than sympatico i guess. but still, cap sucks big time....here's the story from the Star:
