how is the speed is that usual speed or is it a good speed?
can i also use this as a drill machine as well?
i never used a Rotary Tool before or know anything about them, any thing i should be look for, or is this a good Rotary Tool Kit?

grab it.
All rotary tools are pretty much the same. The cheaper ones just have cheaper built motors that don't last as long, but will easily outlast any DIY jobs you may have. I still have my older King rotary tool that I bought a few years ago. It comes in very handy, ecspecially the mini cut off disc.
I recently bought a jobmate rotary tool with accessories from CT for $10 on sale. It works great, no complaints.
So unless you do arts and crafts with the tool every single day for work then just gte whatever fits the bill.
