The kid got shop over a firework battle the night before. Now IMO I think people know who the other person or at least know what he looks like.
People are like this is bad, great saddness, blah blah blah, however the HIP HOP generation won't snitch. IMO keeping your mouth shut about this makes you just as bad as the gunman himself.

Police arrest one teen in Toronto school killing

TORONTO — Toronto police have charged a teenage boy with killing 15-year-old Jordan Manners in a North York high school and say another suspect turned himself in Sunday night.
The youths, both 17-years-old, are facing first-degree murder charges. Their identities are shielded by the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
Police confirmed Sunday evening that they had made an arrest and that they had taken a rarely used step to try to apprehend the second suspect.
Investigators had obtained judicial authorization to temporarily release the name of one teenager, warning that he “should be considered armed and dangerous.”
By 9:45 p.m. Sunday night, the boy was in custody.
The arrest followed a series of police raids Sunday morning in the city’s troubled Jane and Finch neighbourhood, where Jordan grew up.
Residents say they awoke to see armed officers take two young men away in handcuffs.
Police refused to confirm the raids were linked to the arrests Sunday night. A news conference will be held at police headquarters today.
Jordan, a Grade 9 student at C.W. Jefferys Collegiate Institute in Toronto’s north end, was found with a gunshot wound to the chest in a first-floor hallway around 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday. He died later that day at Sunnybrook hospital.
Around 8 a.m. Sunday, officers burst into a townhouse in the neighbourhood. The mother of the house, Marcia Campbell, said police yelled at everyone to get on the floor and put their hands on their heads. Her 16-year-old son was handcuffed, but not arrested, she said.
When she asked the police what they were doing in her house, she claimed an officer said to her: “Because (you) have a killer in (your) house.”
Campbell, 41, said police arrested a teenager.
The apprehended youth attended a Saturday neighbourhood barbecue to raise money for Jordan’s funeral and spent the night at her house, Campbell said. “I’m very disappointed that this happened today,” she said, tears streaming down her face. “I don’t know where somebody gets their misinformation from, but apparently they came in to take out (the youth).”
Residents in the subsidized townhouse complex said police had been watching their neighbourhood since Friday. Following Wednesday’s shooting, one woman noticed that the area appeared quieter than normal.
The first teenager charged is scheduled to make a court appearance today.
In a television interview, Jordan’s mother called for an inquest into her son’s death.
“The district school board has to be held accountable for what happened to my son. Somebody walked in, put a bullet in him, left him and he was there for 45 minutes ... my son died alone,” Loreen Manners said.
In a letter posted Sunday on the social networking web site Facebook, Jordan’s uncle urged anyone who is “angered by and tired of the senseless death of youth, guns coming across our borders and ending up in the hands of OUR children” to lobby the government for change.
“Jordan had so many goals and visions that would have brought pride and changes to the people in both his family and his community,” Greg Stokes wrote and posted on several Facebook message boards that have been created in memory of his nephew. “So in that case he must not be written off as just another average inner-city kid who died by senseless violence.”
