I want to get a Honda Big Ruckus 250cc two stroke

I wouldn't take anything less than 250cc on a 400 series highway.

Scooters haven't taken off here in North America, but in Europe they are everywhere....literally!!

Around here you'll probably still get funny looks from people. If I just needed a commuter vehicle to get from home to school, then I'd rock a scooter....old skool Vespa!

50ccs and under are not allowed on Ontario highways. You also must be able to maintain a safe rate of speed whatever that means.

Dude,... haven't taken off here in North America? you mean in Ontario, not north america... Head east, everyone and their mother has a scoot. When i was in highschool we all bought snowmobiles and thousand dollar mountain bikes, and drove mom and paps car to get around, now all the youngins have scooters. Seriously they are like flys here in quebec, i just spent two weeks in new brunswick and nova scotia, again like flys... everyone has them...

ontario must have some gay law or something cuz your behind in times.... Everywhere east of ontario you can be 15 with a scooter licence of some sort... its a diff class of licence, easy to get.

Id rAwk one if I wasnt so scared of being sqwashed on the highway commuting to work every day.

Ie. Don't take a scooter 60cc down the 401. It just doesn't have the power/speed.

When I was in highschool I had a Honda Elite 80cc. It's Top speed was about 80km/h.
