selling my condo!
well, it's official.... my downtown "playboy" condo is for sale:cry:
it was listed today and i have my first agent coming to show the place tomorrow night.
keep your fingers crossed that it sells fast!

neways... i'm looking for resale..... prolly a nice 1 bedroom w/balcony overlooking the lake
