so he has a condition that cuased im to rape.. and he got away with it.. how do we protect the poor woman who got raped? how do we prevent other women by being raped by sleep walkers in the future? do we stand back and say "whoa.. dont look at us... he has a condition.. sorry you got raped.."
does this mean that anyone who has a condition that causes them to act unconsciously is free from blame?
lock him up to protect the innocent, i say...
