sexual harrassment?
so think about this.
guy meets a girl in a bar and they are flirting with eachother.
they've left their friends for an hour now and have been talking to eachother and things seem to be going great. Both of them think so.
The guy grabs the girls breast. She says no. He apologizes and let's go.
Is that sexual harassment?

Prohibited Activities
Sexual harassment has been defined as a form of sex discrimination, consisting of unwanted sexual advances. Examples of prohibited sexual harassment include:
Supervisors or managers explicitly or implicitly suggesting sex in return for a hiring, compensation, promotion or retention decision.
Verbal or written sexually suggestive or obscene comments, jokes, or propositions
Unwanted physical contact, such as touching, grabbing, or pinching
Displaying sexually suggestive objects, pictures, or magazines
thats just an example of things i pulled up
it seems to me that it just kinda happened right, so obviously it shows that both parties were into eachother! somethings led to another, and she didnt agree by it!
end of story,, it depends how u look at it! but not on the first date!

personally I would tend to think no, but I think a court or something would say yes, I don't think talking to someone for an hour means you have anything going,
but I really have no idea, i'm just guessing

ask first? i have never asked if i could kiss or grab a girl. i prefer to use body language.. test my boundaries.. etc.. i assume most reasonable people do this.
"can i lick your ear?" "can i take my ***** out" ruins the mood a little bit...
i don't think the guy did anything wrong.. but a lot of people would disagree.

Body language can be very hard to decipher. But usually a pretty good way of telling whether or not a girl is into you.

let's change the scenario.
guy walks up to girl. says hello. she returns the hello with a smile. he grabs her breast. she moves away and asks what the hell is wrong with him. he apolagizes and leaves.
think he should be charged with sexual harassment or something similair?

let's change the scenario again.
girl walks up to guy. says hello. he returns the hello with a smile. she grabs his crotch. he moves away and asks what the hell is wrong with her. she apolagizes and leaves.
think she should be charged with sexual harassment or something similair? think he should slap her?
remember that most people claim to want equal treatment and i think most people would agree the crotch is more of a 'private' area rather than the chest.

Hmmmmmmmm, I have had that happen to me.............the crotch thing..........ok and the breast thing(grabbing my man ****). If a female is doing that to me, I don't really think twice about it. Then again, all depends on who is doing the grabbing.
Yep, there seems to be almost a reverse standard to this scenerio.
