I think sudden grab without previous engagement of lusty conversation is a no-no. That's like me walking up to a guy and pick his nose because I think it is dirty.
If a woman grabs me, I would probably scream first.

Body language can be very hard to decipher. But usually a pretty good way of telling whether or not a girl is into you.

in the first situation .. no not sexual harassment.. signals just mixed and she just placed a barrier where she thought she needed one...
second situation ... yes... sexual harassment... there was no confusing body language or indicators given to the guy before hand so he shouldn't of invaded her space...
third siatuation same as second....

sexual harassment whenever a guy touches a girl without permission... but this is a very arguable thing...
but some can also say if the guy touches the girl and the girl says no... and the guy stop... not harassment... just inappropriate act in public would be a charge or something
if the guy further touches the girl after girl refuses, its sexual harassment.. or even consider an assault...

i heard putting up mistle-toe at a work Christmas party is considered sexual harrassment. i disagree with this partially. Only patrtially, because where I work it's all guys. Oh wait, unless the boss's "trophy-wife" is invited. Then you get up close to her big fake *****.

yea it all depends on the actual mood and the situation if he was inpationt and just went 4 it but she wasent shoing any signs then yea but if its a verry flirty situation allready holding hands or siting beside eatchother holding a log or toutching other things first but if u are just sitthing there getting along talking then u stick out an arm and grab yaself a handfull then yea
