Does he deserve any different treatment compared to an adult....NO
Is he of use to society.....NO
Will he be of use to society when he grows up...NO
Does he deserve to be backdoored for the rest of his life......YES

That is a good point, though everyone can change there way of looking at life. Some children have grown up in a abusive home and/or a family that emphasizes racial discrimination. Therefore resulting in hate, anger and aggression in a physical manner.

It would be a different story if the kid that committed the crime was of 10 years of age.

I disagree, I think they know what they are doing. You do the crime, you do the time, that is my theory

He took someone elses life, and the argument about how he was raised should not be a factor. People like that should be thrown in a hole with the rest of society's screw ups. Also, I don't think there is hope for people like that.

I think at 10 years old, the 'not knowing right from wrong' argument might hold. Even though I believe some still know what they are doing when they pull a trigger.

Check out the movie "the Hurricane" with Denzel Washington. it's based on a true story in the era of Malcolm X and JFK.

I'm all about corporal punishment.

When I have kids, they will never be "grounded" or given a "time out" .....instead it will be a good ole fashion spankin' that they get.
