all jokes aside....kids these days need a little discipline b/c society is corrupt
they need to distinguish between right and wrong at an early age otherwise they'll fall into the pits and end up doing stupid **** in their later yrs
growing up all my father had to do was give us the 'look' and we knew we ****ed up...lol

i say for offenders like this, the family should have the option to get retribution
1) stoning him to death
2) firing squad
those are my 2 cents

god forbid you try and discipline ur kid now like that...CAS (Children's Aid Society) will be at your door quicker than you can blink.

the young offenders acts needs to be changed... if a kid can pick up a gun and know enough that shooting it will kill the person they are aiming it at... well that means they know what they are doing and they should be charged as another other person of "age". To hear of kids getting away with shameless things is horrible. What about the family of the victim? Their child has been killed and the person whom done it, because they are young, will go to juvi and spend some time there and nothing is accomplished no lesson is taught and they will most likely end up back there a few months after being release

Russell Peters pwns all other comedians. Saw his show at the ACC a couple of years ago, absolute comedy gold. Political Incorrectness FTW
Seriously though, if a 14 year old carries a gun with him and uses it on someone during an altercation, then he knows damn right what he's doing. Therefore he should be tried as an adult, and punished/charged accordingly.
