Try melatonin supplements.. you can find them at shoppers drug mart... or try smoking some weed and see if it helps. Sometimes you just your hafta tune your brain back into its regular sleeping habits. If you still can't sleep, you should try seeing a doctor, cuz lack of sleeps extremely unhealthy..

i used to have that problem.. .wouldn't be able to sleep for a week straight... every few months.

physical excersize will help big time. not much you can do. smoking weed or getting drunk isn't something that will work as you won't get proper rest anyway.

go for a jog every day or something.

Insomnia can take years off your life. I know people that do shift work can only sleep 2-3 hours a night at most. Do you do shift work?
Don't take any of that over the counter stuff b/c it can be addictive. I go on the treadmill late at night if I have trouble sleeping. Or surf for pr0n lol.

I've used bruce fees method in the past with success.

1 shot nyquil
1 shot whisky

brandy also works well

^^ do you live/sleep over with the gf. she might be offended at first but if thats the case try sleeping alone. I crash at my gf's like 6 day a week but I seem to sleep less disturbed when I go home.

^^then steal her panties and sleep with them on your pillow?... course that could go terribly wrong and then all you'll have is sleepless nights with some old undies listening to Mr. telephone line and wearing red lipstick.
