Never actually had problems sleeping. I guess being dead tired when I go to bed does the trick.

^^^That actually does work...laying there, wide awake, seems to be worse than waiting until you're ready to collapse from exhaustion.

ive tried music, it seems to pump me up or just make me mellow, but never help put me 2 sleep

Try loading up winamp, check shoutcast.com, find some classical music streams and see if you start falling asleep.

This works for me.

i find i sleep better with a dehumifier running in the bed room and in the winter i run a cheap fan heater, it works! ive tryed sleeping without something running and i toss and turn and have a crappy sleep. i think its the sound of something humming that makes me sleep good Try it, it may work!

i must have background noise when i sleep...fan or radio i just need noise to help my brain be distracted from all the thinking.

i got an hour and a half of sleep last nite,
and for proof Yellowtofu saw me at 230-300am last night because he wanted to pick up a cargo cover lol.
i went out for a run at about 530am, got home by 700am.. took the car outta the garage, started cleaning it.
now i have fitness testing at 830pm for soccer for 2 hours.. ..............sweet..............
