I cold-turkeyed about 5 years ago. Through out these 5 years, I probably smoked 4 or 5 cigarettes, just for the kick of it during the good times. But I am pretty much smoke free on a daily basis, have absolutely no craving if people smoke around me.

i stopped 6 months ago cold turkey didnt have one...then recently **** happened nd i juss needed to msoke soemthing cuzz didnt have any green and i finished a pack in 2 days and bough 2 packs oin that week then i started to feel bad and was like wtf am i doing i havent had one in so long and it felt good so i stopped again
i styl lfeel like having one soemtimes but nahhh im stronger than that
