I've been clean for about a week other than smoking one.......after the first few days of not smoking its a hell of alot easier. Started working out aswell and feel a million times better and now that i think to myself why did i ever start???

The patch, gum etc is all a waste of time and money. If you want to quit cold turkey is the way to go! You'll only quit if you WANT to thats the bottom line, no patch or gum is going to help you!

I smoke, started when i went to Dubai, now i can't quit, probably won't it feels so good.

ps: cigarettes here are different, not 100% tobacco, but 100% chemicals.

define chemical.

i would consider any uniform substance a "chemical"

if you're going to make a distinction between 'natural' and 'synthesized', arsenic is natural, and bubble gum is synthesized.

I smoke so I can be a less productive member of the workforce. Smoke breaks ftw!!!

Also, it's super social and all the cool people do it. Smoking is a great icebreaker and way to get girls.

yea.. see... i don't find them attractive seeing them with that butt.

But im referring to girls that i actually meet in real life.

Big turnoff for me if I see them smoking.

I can give them something else to smoke...

Yes i smoke, and would like to quit but then i would have to work soo much more than now. im suppost to get 2x15min brakes and 1h lunch and instead it will be 6+ brakes and everybody is fine with that. its also a way to talk to more different people than who just surround you at workplace.
