smoked for 13 years, quit cold turkey about 3 months ago, haven't had a drag since... some days I crave, but generally I've been able to have no cravings

if you're going to make a distinction between 'natural' and 'synthesized', arsenic is natural, and bubble gum is synthesized.
%vs%, they both have chemicals, but here the ciggs have lots more Toxic emissions.

I've tried quiting but i get intense headaches soon after, i went smoke free for 5 months. I had no urge but the headaches didn't go away so i started again and things went back to normal. I'm not a heavy smoker either, maybe 1 or 2 ciggs a day, have been smoking for 14 years.

How do you figure? Was there a research paper that you read?

Or is it along the same lines as breaking a mirror is bad for your luck.

why would they add toxic products to cigarettes?

keeping you alive and smoking would be in there best interests to keep you alive and buying cigarettes longer, wouldn't it?

From what you just said you have never even looked at a cigarette pack. I know because while i was in Dubai i smoked cigarettes like Marlboro, and when i came here i felt and saw the difference and compared the ingredient levels. Find a pack and look on its side, it will show you its "Toxic Emissions". I should quit, its frightening to see whats in there.
