get a big sombrero (sp?)
an old 1950's suit
paint the twirly mustache on your face with a mexican goatee...

Then paint one finger brown...


DONE!

Make one darker brown.......something along those lines....


On a side note, one of the co-workers just walked in my office and i'm getting timmies now
