Ok, that's a little intense...it's only a car for pete's sake. You gotta get a grip bud!

One, you are stationary...she hit you = her fault. Two, friend is calling you blah blah blah and yelling, just call the cops and have them right up a report. Whether they had insurance or not, they would have gotten a ticket for the expired sticker and whatever else they failed to mention. If you call the cops and they tell you to fack off and take off before the cops get there, it's automatically called a hit and run. Cop writes report, you go to collision centre to make your report, then you contact the other person for reinbursement. If they fail to do so, go through insurance and you won't have to worry about anything.

im fine with 1200 bucks aslong as i get the repairs done thats all i care about... they were tryin to get off free. and i bet they dont have car insurance.
