So, seems like I have quitted smoking...
Well, just out of the blue, I decided not to buy cigarette no more. On Oct 15th, after meeting up with Jay and Jerry and other TCC guys at KC, finish up my one and only cigarette, I haven't smoked since.
No reasons, just wanna test my will power and see how far I can go. Sometimes after a shot of crown royal at home I would feel for a smoke but I repressed down my urge and go to sleep.
I am a light smoker to begin with (4 to 5 days a pack) so guess that ease up the process a little bit better.

I thought that cigarette you always had was a permanent part of your mouth and you had to have an operation to remove it?
I guess no more burning your headliner...

Last time I tried, I had lots of candies and stuff to snack on... licorice, werthers, celery, carrot sticks. Oh, and it worked well! I decided to start up again at a party after having stopped for six weeks. I figured there's worse things I could be doing, like smoking crack or shooting heroine. Something's gonna kill me someday anyways, and that's something I've come to except. That's why it doesn't bother me, and if I keep my smoke away from non-smokers, it won't bother them either.
