Came home from work on the 407 and then went swimming...had a BBQ and hung out in the backyard by the pool the rest of the evening. It was actually really nice.

I didn't really care either way...there was no way I was going to even attempt getting out of Brampton last night its crazy enough when the lights are actually working....just decided on the quickest route home.

My bro parked in my spot so I parked in someone elses, got double parked, argued with two stupid Russian bastards after to move it so I could go to my girl's place and smoke a joint and crash (nothing else to do, and I live on the 16th floor). Finally get the car out, go over there (the ride was really trippy hehe) ( ididn't even see the intersections on Dufferin because there was no other cars). I get there, and our freind has no bud, and couldn't get anyone to deliver. I wasn't about to go pick up weed in the pitch black with cops cruising around o nhigh alert mode. So we all just chilled and at 2:30 her power came on.

She was tired, so i jetted, thinking the power was on. I get to Bathurst and 7 and realize everything east of Bathurst is pitch black, really ******* cool. At the same time, some ******* undercover pulled a guy over just before the turn off. Like cmon there was absolutely nobody else out there. So i'm on Bathurst, I get to just before Steeles and I notice, but of course, my shithole neighbourhood is in blackness. It felt like 28 Days Later or something. So I go home, walk up 16 stories (emergency elevator stopped working) got inside and passed out. Wake up today and still no power (or running water for ur info) till almost 3 pm.

Sorry for ranting, but it's been unpleasent. Couldnt even get high and trip out on the stars damn it.

Directed traffic...most of these drivers are morons...doesn't anyone know when a traffic light is out, it becomes a 4 way stop??? I just don't understand...enough pedestrians almost got killed by some of these morons so, I parked up on the grass, and started directing traffic. Then late at night, since we were still in the dark and i didn't need to go to work, a bunch of us neighboors in my area got together and had a barbeque and got sloshed...not a bad day if you ask me. heh.

went to go drink with some of the boys that i work at the shop with, then got a booty call around 10pm, so i ended up tappin some nice latina @$$ got up and left around 6am went back home, slept woke up again around noon, still no power until 12:15 and my cell phone isn't working :fustrated

man after 5 years being in canada i havent seen the stars once but yesterday it was so nice and dark you can see the sky nicely anyways i seen lot of people speeding n stuff and people racing also i was thinkin if i should start playing family board games if the electricity is out for a while

it was pretty cool cuz the lights dont work and no cops aroudn they were too busy controlling intersections it felt so good its like there were no laws i was gunning it down the street o ya my brother called me tellign me how he got stuck on the highway had no gas lol.

Basically listened to MoJo and 680 most of the night and fell aslep on the couch.

Went to my sis' place today in Markham where they had power since this morning and had dinner and watched news updates.

We watched the stars last night, then came home at a bout 10 pm. Got up this morning boiled water on the BBQ to make coffee, went to the in-laws for a while (they have a generator) then went swimming at my parents. The power came back on here at 3:15, exactly 23 hours in darkness.
All in all we had a good time and other than the heat there were no problems.

bbq, beer, wathced mars, the moon light up the back yard enough, for all of us to chill out with a cooler of ice and brew..played some dice...was actually qute a peacefull night
