i think taking vacation around holidays is for suckers. no one is doing any work during holidays anyway. better to take a few days off when people aren't dreaming about their extended weekends...

i've never understood why people take a week off around christmas...no one does any work anyway, show up a little before lunch and leave a little after lunch.. just hang out and go home.. save your days off for days you have to work!

its technically not a long weekend tho, thats what sucks about it. Thats why wednesday is the stat day and so taking mon/tues off will be nice.

Even not doing anything at work, I still gotta at least show up, at least with it off i can stay up north.
