hey i had my t4 sitting in my work pants pocket at home and somebody stole the pants with my t4, so now what am i to do?

 

go get a new one from the company you work for..

and i guess talk to yer family members and find out who took it??

Just ask your employer, and I actually do think someone in your family could take your money because they do know all of your personal info and stuff. Not 100% tho.

 

my dad technically does do my taxes for me and i dont lift a finger so it is possible....

 

don't worry about it. work is legally obliged to print you out another one, and all the info on T slips is referenced via your Social Insurance Number.

 

T-4 Just provides whomever is doing your taxes with the correct figures. Its not like a Money order or something. Its of no benefit to anyone.

 

Just make sure they dont get a creditcard under your name, its got Your sin number on ther y a know. Man, I still havent even gotten my t4 in the mail yet b ut all my coworkers did, what do i do? I already told my boss.
