gonna have to admit that the second episode was a little disappointing...showed the softer sides of the carmela, and meadow, and showed the anger of aj, but at the same time.....just kinda leaves you hanging.....nothing really happened.....kinda boring.....

not really sure....it just seemed like it was such a filler episode...like nothing spectacular happened...was mostly wondering if anyone else had some thoughts on it....

It was boring but there's always those episodes where nothing really happens.

I think in the episode it showed Tony that deep down he really misses his wife and kids. In the "dream world", Tony really wants to get home to his family but there's a lot of obstacles to over come to get what he wants. He lost all of his ID and etc. But right now, he's in his coma...his family's right there with them but he's not with them and he wants to be with them but can't because of he's in a coma. I don't know, its just kind of hard to explain...lol.

i can see that....it sure is quite the change in tony since the series started, that's for sure! i did find it interesting when he stopped in front of that one tv screen with that cross on it....wonder if that's gonna end up playing anything later on....

-we see anthony ready to start working for the family
-uncle junior's role just took a massive twist
-tony's wife realizes how much she still loves him (she got back with him originally to get the land to develop her dream home)
-we see the roles in the mob with tony out of the picture

quite a bit happened in terms of story line. it was a little boring though.. but whatever.. it was a very artsy episode.. lots of metaphors.. not just bang bang bang...

anyone else notice that tony's wife in his dream was the suicide commiting car saleswoman? i'm pretty sure it was her voice

it was on the boring side.. but change is good. you can't have a person die of old age, a person commit suicide, a mob boss get shot, and a jew get beaten into the hospital every week.

i hope they don't keep him in a coma very long though.

i think vito is next to get whacked.

Damn, I wish I had HBO, but I have to wait until season 6 is out on DVD so I can rent it

Hope he doesn't die, because there are 11 more episodes left and him outta the scene the show is over

maybe between episodes you should read a book and broaden your horizons.

i didn't notice that....maybe it was because they wanted them to appear like they were old on the outside, but inside they were still just the children that tony always knew, when the family was happy and together type stuff.....

Thats what I was thinking, maybe he misses how close his family was in their younger years.
