Stolen car chase ends in death (NEWS)

I'm sure you guys heard on the news what happened last night on avenue rd.

A silver Civic gets stolen and 3 guys die during a police chace.

Actually it was 4 guys in total that died. My clients husband which is a cop came into the salon tonight and i told him about my car being stolen and he told me about the chase last night.

They didnt find the 4th guy untill after when they had to take the car apart.
Alot of ppl called me or told me about it thinking that maybe it was my car. But i knew it couldnt be.
Thank god, cuz i couldnt even imagine if 4 guys died in my car.
Its just a sick feeling and even though they were doing a really bad thing, there is no way in hell they deserved to die like that.

My thoughts and prayers go out to their families

just to clear a few things up, it's a silver Sunfire and according to toronto star, there is only 3 guys in there. here is the link toronto star

hmmm... i don't like people dying, but those that committed a crime, and die in the process, i have no sympathy for them. you choose your action so you know what the consequences are. enough said.

anyway, nada, any news on your car yet?

It wasn't a Civic or a Sunfire, it was a Cavalier 4 door. You can tell by looking at the taillights in that news photo.

The surprising part is the age of these guys, I mean they were in their 30's and 40's. If it were a bunch of little punks I'd be a little sympathetic cuz they might not know nay better, or maybe they were just going for a joyride. But these guys were old dudes, they should know better. And why did it take 3 guys to steal a Cavalier? I bet they were gonna use that car to commit some other crime.

ahahah I don't think he was speaking in general..but yeah..being 30 and having it take 3 other guys to steal a ****** Cav is somewhat sad man.

I'm pretty certain it was a silver 2k1 Civic...dunno...I saw the remnants on the news....

Call me cold, heartless what ever I don't care... I have no tolerance or sympathy for stupid people... I say they got what they deserve...Burn in hell ********!!! (1 more bad karma point for me because of this post) First off don't steal someones elses S#%T (you wouldn't like it to happen to you). Second if you've been found out, "take it like a man", don't try running for the authorities your just gonna get in more S%$T than you already are in...

i check the stars after seeing this post, so i have no idea whether that is the same accident Nada was referring to, but seems to be a lot of descriptions fit that accident i found.

Jugglez - ya, i was wrong about the wreck being a sunfire, but who cares? if it's a GM, it's POS!!!

and ya, 30 is old to steal cars for joy ride, i think they are up to something. i mean if they want the car for parts (what are they thinking, a GM???), they could always find some young jackass to do the job.

It was a Cavalier. I saw pictures of it on the news, and you can tell by the grill and stuff.

Man, I am not sure what to think of this one. Maybe some of the other people in the car were just there and went along under peer pressure. Maybe they were going to pull another crime with that car, it's hard to tell.

My sympathy goes out to the people who are affected by the death, and it sucks for them that they lost their loved ones, but I have absolutely no sympathy for the theives.

Man, if someone stole my car and I found them, they probably would be better off dying in a car crash. No offense to their family and friends, they aren't car theives, but I have no sympathy for people who do me a disservice.

I guess it would have been better had they faced trial for the theft and not died in a police chase, but heck, when you gamble at high stakes, you eventually lose big.
