lol no, March 20th they have a mediator come in (this is why they had a media blackout) then today (the 24th) they agreed on having a arbitrator coming in on monday (this is why school is now resuming)...Sorry but no

same here. And i'm waiting for my teacher to say why didn't you finish the assignment during the strike, blah, blah. and i'm just gonna say because i needed to consult with you...and your *** was on strike or else I would have.

There is gonna be so much work and of course, since the teachers don't give 2 ****s about the students....they will want it due as if the strike never happened. Gotta love it...you know, unprepared teachers who could have given us lots of work to do and well explained or given us extra work in the first half since they knew a possible strike was looming. overpaid, ignorant, self-involved ****in teachers

I'll be using that excuse with at least one assignment.

I dont know how we are all going to make up 3 weeks of missed class. There shouldnt have been a problem since the threat of a strike was known well before it happened. They really could have given us some work to do, read some chapters, do some questions etc.

I think the biggest problem is that for the last 3 weeks I've been doing absolutely NOTHING so getting back on track is going to be hard
