ZC in a 5th gen Why not a B18B? Fact: all ZCs are Japanese. Two kinds of ZCs - 1 cam, and 2 cam. Both are based on the D-block. I would say, however, that a D16Z6/Y8 have more potential than the ZC cuz there are way more parts to build them.

Oh, you already have this thing....this is the reason I said B18B...the parts availability issue. Ok, how about you look at the block and give us a code for the engine.

ug...you have a blacktop in your 5th gen.

I tried that and got 16000miles out of the motor before the bottom end let go. POS

Your best bet for ZC's are to go custom parts and obviously your best power adder is going to be turbo. Some guys have modified D-series Greddy kits to work and have seen pretty good results.

At the ned of the day you have a real wacky setup and nothing is ever going to be easy, from maintenace to performance.

Good luck.

Google is your friend.

Is that why you are Happy B16 now???

You should ask dented and 90EFHB...

They both are very knowledgable in the ZC arts.

Ken might reply to your post..

He will know for sure.
