SWAROVSKI figurines (polar bear)
Want to pick the girlfriend up a SWAROVSKI polar bear for christmas, anyone know if they ever have sales on these or does anyone have a hook-up.
i know its not cheap, but these do hold their value i'd assume being crystal. She's obsessed with polar bears, so this would be the next best thing to actually seeing them in the artic, which is hella expensive.
just looking for some input about Swarvoski and if anyone has a hook-up, even better

last year i bought my girlfriend one of these crystals but it was a vase (spelling??) of roses and it looks so sweet i want one for myself...it cost me 250 though for something sooooo tiny.haah, i dunno if they ever go on sale though.

that is top line crystal. my mother used to collect it, expensive i will say and i have never seen the stuff on sale (if you belong to thier club i think you get deals). i always remember the swan emblem.

Swarovski is a wicked store, opened up in Square one very recently. I bought my girl our anniversary present there. It was a heart made of diamonds...phew..damn was it expensive...cost me a good 3bills. but newayz, I asked if they had mall discounts but the lady said no. Im sure you can find a ton of other cheaper crystal bears. I mean...if your girl is going to use it to decorate a small shelf then sure go for the top of the line, but if its gonna be sittin on a dresser...I wouldnt want to spend 250 for that.
Its good quality stuff they sell at a decent price, so its pretty much up to you.

$250....ummm its more like $500-$600 with tax. I'm leaning away from it now cause its so expensive and leaning more towards some small diamond ear rings and frame two polar bear prints she has as a surprise. its cheaper, and more usefull...plus leaves me more money for the ride, haha just kidding

But if it is over your budget, get something else.

500-600? lol I dono bro...If Im paying THAT much Id make sure its something she can use everyday that reminds her of me...
yea she likes polar bear and its thoughtful of you to remember that n try to get her something along the lines...but Im sure she'd much rather have you spend like 400 on some jewelry and 100 on some polar bear figurine made of porcelain or whatever they make em off.
