$3.63 combo's at Mickey D's (tax in)
How?
hahaha......lets see if you guys can figure it out.
By the way, you are also allowed to get a second sandwich for $1.**...(technically)....so that means (2) sandwiches, (1) fries, and a drink for under $6 (tax in) Don't forget the free drink refills too.
Let's see you beat that.

their breakfast isn't bad, but I used to be a big fan of their entire menu... not anymore though. Fried starch (french fries) are just so bad for your health, plus the awful bleached flour buns... tasty, but very bad for you. Haha, I don't know how I lived off that crap for 2 years, and only gained like 10 lbs.

The only thing I usually get from McDicks are the quarter pounders with cheese on Sundays when they are $1.**. But then again, they are so damn small, I usually have to get 3 to fill me up.
If I want an adult sized burger, I usually go to BK or Harveys.

Most places will allow you to small and small the drink and fries. Why anyone would pay for a med and med is beyond me.
The small fries are almost the same size as the med, and when you get free refills, why pay for a bigger cup?
Also, SOME (not all) will give you the second sandwhich for $1.**......because you bought a fries and drink.......even though it's in a combo. And SOME places will give you ANY combo on ANY day if you ask nice enough.
To them, what do they care.......a sale is a sale. They would rather make some $'s and make a customer happy, than to have them go elsewhere.
I once went to a Mc D's with 94EG6HB, and the store wouldn't give me a small and small with my meal.......after complaining and NOT getting the discount, I went and sat down to eat......they gave me the # to the manager of the store.....they said he wasn't there, so I was going to call him.
Well, just as I started to call the guy, guess who cames out of no where?
I told him about my little problem, and wanted to know why every other store that I've been too, allows to small and small the combo, and his didn't?
He told me that his register was not programed to allow that type of order to be modfied....but he said he would look into it. (sure .....I'll believe it when I go back there one day, and I can modify my order)
What WAS nice of him, was that he gave me 2 coupons to get ANY sandwich for free because of the little mix up on his part.
Every food chain has it's little "quirks".......you just have to look for them.

And the next time I see you I'll pop you in the eye.
You do the math.
getting the small sized combo is $3.63 tax in.
getting it regular sized is $3.99 plus tax.
Oooo...+-$1 saved.
Take that dollar, and multiply it by 20 times.....about 1 every 3 days or so over a 2 month period. That's a tank of gas.
If they have this "deal", then why not take advantage of it?
There are people that drive all over the city trying to save a few bucks on an item. Sometimes they go out of there way just some save a bit of cash.......but when you have a Mc D's almost every 5 km's, then why not save a buck here and there?
example......I have 2 friends that LOVE to see how much they can save. They once told me that when the go to Canada's Wonderland, that they don't pay full price EVER. They only pay for the "grounds" admission. They give an excuse like "I've resently had back surgery(or something like that), and I won't be going on any rides".
Supposedly the grounds admision is much cheaper that the regular pay one price admission......around $10-$12 cheaper.
When CWL first opened up (and for a few years after that), they would check for a hand stamp. That way they knew if you had paid full price, or just the grounds admission. No stamp, no ride.
Now they don't even look for a hand stamp. I've been there about 2 dozen times over the past 3 years or so (season pass), and not ONCE have they checked my hand for a stamp. Even if they do start to check for stamps again, it's easy to get one.......just pretend that you forgot something in the car....they will ask if you will be coming back in....say yes....they will stamp your hand so you can re-enter the park.....or tell them the water rides washed off the stamp, and they will restamp you.
