i wanted to get a tatoo in that little area beside the thumb and the guy told me to think about it what if i wanna become a lawyer or somethin people gonna judge me on the tatoo but i wanna get it there because i want it to be seen instead of having it on my arm. Also a guy told me jail artist do those kinds of tatoos.

i work for the #1 bank in canada.... #17 in north america
i have tattoos on both arms.. (above the elbow.... )
and tattoos on my legs.... i also have my tongue and both nipples pierced

if you can wear a short sleeve shirt and no one can see it... then it's all good

A tattoo there is a sign of a drug user, or like other people said a gang member. If that is the image you wish to project on to yourself, then by all means go ahead. But take it from someone who has tattoos that they regret that aren't even visible, that they really are permanent, and having a tattoo on your hand is a major comitment. (Even more permanent than mariage)

Man, that isht would hurt like hell first of all, I think you'd fall to your knees the second they put a needle to that area. Secondly, like everyone said, it would limit your possibilities for the rest of your life. Plus, most girls may find that kinda gross to have a tatoo there...I mean how are they gonna introduce you to their 'rents. Most girls don't wanna explain to their parents how their boyfriend is really NOT a gang memeber, just has a tatoo like one. Hey, while you are at it, why not get some tears tatooed on your face like a real G.

Having a tatto doen't mean you are involded in a gang ? that is tottaly wrong, 90% people who have tattos express their personaly and artistic.

Look at this way, a lot of basketball player have tatto, but they are not invoved or related into a gang. lots of them have not only one but a lot.

with people like brittny spears, members of n-sync all sporting tats... it's become more common and more acceptable....

i don't know of too many kids that are afraid off tattoos
most kids want them.... i don't think too many kids are afraid of people with tattoos

as for you being scared of people with tattoos....I'll admit i laughed pretty hard about that (sorry) but i guess you've never seen me or my tattoos

and if you had, you wouldn't be afraid....
