I just talked to the guy at Stainless Studio's, and they're open until 8:00. I can't get my neck pierced today though, cuz it needs a consultaion, and special made jewlery, but I think I might get my bridge pierced. He also said that they are booked up until about 4:00, and should have room for a a few people between 6:00 and 8:00.
