Hi Guys, Just wondering if anybody else has the same opinion with Telus that I do.... Is it me or are their phones selections just plain garbage? I have money and am always waiting for them to come out with new phones. Do you know how frustrating that is when you have money but can't get what you want???
Rogers on the other hand you can just grab any unlocked SIM phone and your on the way.
I need to keep my number for now but after number portability comes out next year sometime I'm gone from Telus. Been with them since they were Clearnet back in 1998 but they can't cut it for me anymore.

Service is not a problem to me and the plan I have is working for me. But..... The phones I can't live with, not to mention you have to buy everything from them because they are so restricted. Ie ringtones, wallpapers, etc....
I got the LG 535, it was cool when it came out but now it's been around... They have new sliders that are way better and much slimmer for a more professional look rather then a kids toy. They keep coming out with new phones but none that top their older models, more affordable phones I guess.

i don't have a problem with them really....at the time i got my phone, they were the only ones that offered what i wanted. i just wanted 200 straight minutes, i got a bonus 60 from when i signed up and that's fine. i kind like the phones from them too.

Razr
LG 535
Moto V710/8?? world phone.
not in any particular order.
The razr people (rogers) give away for free now, and it doesnt have expandable memory for mp3, not to mention it's old now and everybody has one including my grandmother.
the lg 535 is considerably bigger then the newer sliders and it has some glitches
the moto is a great phone, kinda big, and after a while the flip starts to squeek

What were they thinking. They should of got their hands on the Samsung razr that plays mp3, looks the same but more features.. That would of cleaned up considering the big sucess of the Razr

i have been a with clearnet since 99...and i find their phone to be really old compared to others. just look how long they waited for the razor for them to sell
sometimes i'm wondering if i'll be going to either rogers or fido...but none of them has the telus services and the airtime rates!

mike is on a whole new level.. they are amazing.. rogers can lick my ***.. the only thing good about them is the phones..and the ability to use worldwide.. who cares.. not many travel that much ne ways .. rogers got nothing on bells data plans

Last time Telus told me they were coming out with the LG 535 I had to wait like 3 months and they already had a flyer with all the specs but because of the manufacturer it took a while.
