Ok, so I have been waiting 11 years to see this movie so I went to watch Terminator 3 with the gf lastnight at the Drive-In and I must say that I am very pleased with this movie...The special effects rival that of The Matrix Reloaded and may even be better...T-X is very very sexy and brutally notorious...The plot is very clear and makes alot of sense if you have watched T1 and T2 many times and have studied the plot...

My only beef with the movie is the inaccuracies with T2...

1) If you remember T2 John Connor was asking about Judgement Day and Skynet. Arnold then explains to him in T2 that on Judgement Day, after Skynet goes online and learns for itself it launches nuclear warheads at the targets in Russia, which in turn would cause Russia to counter-attack at strategic sites in the United States, therefore eliminating the majority of its opposition in North America. Well, as you see in T3 John and Kate head into the mountain for protection against the attack Skynet has launched in the United States. But wasnt this attack supposed to be on Russia as explained by Arnold in T2?

I definitely think there is going to be a T4...

About the attack - I think they didn't show the attack on Russia, should of skiped that part. Minor details.

I don't think I would like the movie too much, because of it's resemblance to T1 and 2.

 

T3 actually reveals alot about the future and how the war with the machines is inevitable and it was just a matter of time before it happened...Judgement Day was just put on delay in T2...in T3 its explained that the war is going to happen no matter what.

 

Arnold is getting old bro... maybe they should do a flash back of it, like a younger version of the Terminator.... you know, like they did Dumb and Dumber part 2....

It is a horse beaten to death... anymore of it will ended its glory like Alien and others...

 

T4 will be out within next 5 years...

they aren't making it any time soon because they want all the fans to enjoi and think about the movie and what the other possiblities will be for the future of John O'connor


BTW: They are Thinking of in T4 having Arnold Battle Silverster Stalon.

Arnold looked like he didn't even age a year....fookin make up wonders! Seeing him in the movie and on TV big big difference.

As for T4, no Arnold please.......I wanna see some serious mechanical chaos in the next one.

all the ones you saw in the T3 (the flying and the tankish one) are smaller versions of the BIG ONES

 

I would love to see a plot entirely based around John, his wife and his kids with the war they are about to face...all Machines would be an amazing set for some serious special effects...

I saw it last week and thought that it was pretty good! I was expecting a half-*** effort since James Cameron wasn't directing and figured that it was just a money grab.

More Claire Danes!!! I know that the entire plot can't revolve around her, but I don't mind watching her kick butt. That T-X wasn't bad either!

The ending was so vague, you definitely know that there's gonna be a Terminator 4 sometime in the future. And if Arnold's gonna be in T4, they'll have to wait probably another 10 years since he's rumoured to be running for govenor of California!

i seen both T1 and T2 and i loved both movies, but T3 was GAY! wtf was that was it supposed to be some kind of comedy? and it reminds me too much of T2, exactly the same **** happens i mean change it around a little bit. i dont wanna get in to it but it was garbage just as i suspected...

T3 Rocks, one of the better movies I've seen in a while. Charlie Angel 2 sux...

 

Saw T3 and The Hulk last night - what a disappointment. I seriously thought I was gonna fall asleep. Thank god for the action sequences that made up for it.

T3 - ghey dry jokes, story line was off, story was boring...didn't drag until half way point of movie, horrible acting.

Special effects were wicked (the chase scene in the vet truck )

The HULK - terrible acting from everywhere!! Especially near the end when David Banner (Hulk's dad) was talking to Bruce (HULK) right before they were gonna supposedly die (Zzzzzzzz - it was like a bad play on stage) Even more horrible acting.

The editing was amazing - the way they did the comic book affect with the picture in picture...and of course the special effects, etc.

I should've waited for the DVD to come out for both movies. :cry:

So far the only good movie I've seen this summer and would reccommend is X-MEN II

 

T3 was born to be a disappointment.

I thought Hulk was alright. Hey, gotta support my fellow Chinese Director.

X-Men 2, well after the first one, it is only worth watching on video for me.
