We actually had to rate our profs at the end of every term. You guys didn't do that? Their next year salary or bonus was directly related to student ratings.

I WISH!! That would be great!!! (But there would be a lot of POOR teachers!)

Well, I'm talking about profs...I thought every university did this...but maybe it's just waterloo. Or maybe they wait till the kids are mature enough to handle creative criticism. I don't think anyone knocked the profs based on what mark they got...if the prof put his time in, he was rewarded. If he was a dick, he'd get punished. As simple as that. There was just one prof that was a dick 24-7...Prof Redacopp. Brilliant guy, but an outright dick...he had tenure though

yep same here had to rate all the profs (at durham college) I'm in the nursing program and sometimes i want to scream, half the teachers don't even want to be there and believe me it shows!!!
