yea i have a new MB under my bed i never used cause it only has SATA HDD connections ... never looked into sata .. dunno how it works .. all i know is if i chain em all together and i loose 1 drive i loose all my **** which is a ***** !

man sata is so fast, when i transfer gigs and gigs of data accross my network it pisses me off.......because IDE is so slow.

yea i cant wait to switch over ... since ive never experinced IDE ill be soo happy lol .. just gotta read up on how to set it up ..
