ok update i called the station and talked 2 the cops boss and i explained my story how the cop was giveing me attitude about my phonecall and exactly what went on and the cop came round 2 the house whilst i was sleaping gave me a note stating that he has also had a bad night last night and he apolagises 4 his actions and he gave me the backs of the tickets that he wrote and told me 2 just throw them away

my gf's sister is back from the hospital allready and is doing fine allittle sad but doing fine fisicaly

so i feel better now wen i got up its 16 outside and its looking up from here

and if i wish 2 put a report in the cops file somethin like unjentelmanly conduct that is also an option aparently but he was nice enough 2 come over and say sorry and wipe the tickets so im going 2 leave it at that

Thats very nice of the cop, do you have the yellow copy of the tickets? I would suggest getting it in writing that the tickets have been dropped.

yea i have all the copies of the tickets and writen proof that he quashed the tickets

yea once the sargent realised that i had puled over 2 take the phonecall and dident get pulled over buy his oficer he was on my side i bet the cop got reamed out buy him
